Cancellation Policy for all Accommodation

  • 30 - 23 days prior arrival date 10% service fee of full invoice amount.
  • 22 - 15 days prior arrival date 35% of full invoice amount.
  • 14 - 7 days prior arrival date 50% of full invoice amount.
  • 6 - 1 days prior arrival date 90% of full invoice amount.
  • NO SHOW 100% of full invoice amount.

Check In and Check Out

  • Check - In: as from 14:00.
  • Check - Out: 10:00.
  • Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged before.

Children Policy

  • No children can be booked either for the Boutique Apartments nor for the Adventure Camp!
  • Children aged 0 - 2: stay with one paying adult free of charge; baby cot will be provided.
  • As from the age of 3 to 11 years, family rooms are available at full family-room-rate per child and adult.
  • Children as from the age of 12 will be handled as adults and are at full accommodation rate; no family room occupation possible.
