Cancellation Policy for Hotel Bookings

The following cancellation fees will apply based on the number of days prior to the scheduled arrival date:

  • 45 - 30 days prior arrival date 25% service fee of full invoice amount
  • 29 - 16 days prior arrival date 50% of full invoice amount
  • 15 - 8 days prior arrival date 75% of full invoice amount
  • 7 - 1 days & NO SHOW & EARLY DEPARTURE 100% of full invoice amount
  • An administrative fee of 15% will be charged to each refund as applicable before 45 days

Cancellation Policy for Camping

  • This booking is non-refundable
  • Changing the dates of your stay is not possible.

Check In and Check Out

  • Check - In: as from 14:00.
  • Check - Out: 10:00.
  • Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged before.

Children Policy

  • No children can be booked either for the Boutique Apartments nor for the Adventure Camp!
  • Children aged 0 - 2: stay with one paying adult free of charge; baby cot will be provided.
  • As from the age of 3 to 11 years, family rooms are available at full family-room-rate per child and adult.
  • Children as from the age of 12 will be handled as adults and are at full accommodation rate; no family room occupation possible.

Pet Policy

  • Striclty no pets allowed on the premises

Lost and Found

Lost & Found: Guests are kindly requested to ensure all personal belongings are collected upon departure. Items left behind will be stored for a period of three months and may be returned upon request at the guest's expense and risk. After three months, unclaimed items will be disposed, and the hotel will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
